PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth switching of low and high springs and to improve characteristic quality by connecting inner and outer rings via elastic bodies and providing a plate spring part abutting elastic bodies when both the rings are displaced by prescribed angles and subsequently pressing and elastically deforming. SOLUTION: An inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2 of concentrically arranged metal are connected via a plurality of rubber-like elastic bodies 3 of an equally distributing shape and a plate spring part 5 is provided in space 4 passing through in a shaft direction between adjacent elastic bodies 3. According to the size of rotary torque for a coupling, the elastic bodies 3 transmit torque and absorb vibration, elastically deforming in a twisting direction, and the elastic bodies 3 do not abut on the plate spring part 5 at the time of low torque and a low spring state is made. When torque becomes larger and reaches a prescribed value, one contact surface 3a of the elastic bodies 3 abuts on one contact surface 5d of the plate spring part 5, and when torque becomes further larger, the elastic bodies 3 press the plate spring part 5 and elastically deforms this plate spring part 5 and a high spring state is made. Therefore, the elastic bodies are prevented from being damaged and switching of a low spring and a high spring can be made smooth.
