PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transpiration fuel treatment device, in which a control valve and a pressure introducing passage are installed inside a fuel tank to improve collision safety and comfortability and an upper face of the fuel tank is communicated with the outside by a single communicating portion to reduce the number of welding seals. SOLUTION: A fuel tank 10 comprises a control valve 20 disposed therein. The control valve 20 has a positive pressure chamber 24 and a back pressure chamber 26 which are partitioned by a diaphragm. A pressure introducing passage 44 to communicate the back pressure chamber 26 with the feed oil pipe 12 is installed inside the fuel tank and an oil feed pipe. The control valve 20 is provided inside the fuel tank 10 to pass through the pressure introducing passage 44 inside the feed oil pipe 12 without penetrating the pressure introducing passage 44 to the fuel tank 12. The positive pressure chamber 24 of the control valve 20 is communicated with a canister 40 through a discharge passage 38. The discharge passage 38 penetrates an upper face of the fuel tank 12 at a single communicating portion of the discharge passage 38.
