The tool (10) has a planar base member (12) in which a pair of vertically extending projections (14,16) are formed at one end. A pair of abuttingly arranged walls (36) is provided at the inner side of the projections. A narrow wire path (18) is formed between the projections. Multiple wire grooves (20) are transversely formed below the wire path. A cable guide (22) is formed in the base member and axially aligned with the multiple wire grooves.
