PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk with a light capable of obtaining two lights, a front light and a left right, and changing one light with the other light in a well operative manner. SOLUTION: An arm 17 is secured on the upper shelf of a desk for horizontal rotation at one end. A movable lighting lamp portion 11 to be arranged over the rear of the desk is secured on the other end of the arm for horizontal rotation at its lengthwise middle portion. The lengthwise middle portion of the lighting lamp 11 is provided with a rotating handle 15 in forwardly projecting relation. Such a desk with a light is formed with the lighting lamp portion 11 to be arranged over the left edge of the desk by rotating the lighting lamp portion 11 around the other end of the arm 17 at about 180 degrees to the arm in opposition to the rotating direction of the arm in a horizontal plane while rotating the arm 17 around one end at about 90 degrees to the left side of the desk in a horizontal plane.
