PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer with an accompanying turn preventing function capable of impeding rotation of the washer itself even in case of a tightened material of wood when a bolt or nut is tightened, or in addition, capable of tightening from one side in accordance with necessity of a head of the bolt and the nut, and capable of using the bolt on the market left as it is. SOLUTION: A pin-shaped metal fitting lock part 3 protruded from a peripheral one surface of an insertion hole 2 inserting a corresponding bolt 5 to have a distance from the center of the insertion hole 2 in a size abutting a side part to either peripheral plane part of a head 5a of the bolt 5 or a nut 6 screwed to the bolt 5, and a tightened material lock part 4 protruded from the other surface are provided. A surface protruding the tightened material lock part 4, in a direction into contact with structural members 8, 9 which are a tightened material, is placed in a condition interposed between itself and either of the head 5a of the corresponding bolt 5 or the nut 6 screwed to the bolt 5, and the bolt 5 is inserted in the insertion hole 2.
