PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system including plural ATMs and a method that transfers information in the system. SOLUTION: Each ATM 102a to 102c has a user interface allowing a user to perform conversation with the ATM, a network card that transfers information between the ATM and a host and a processor which operates the user interface and the network card. Each ATM also has a calling unit 114 and a management center 118 has a telephone 112 transferring information to each calling unit through a cellular network calling provider 113. Thus, a system 100 including the self-service terminals offers two-way communication between the management center and the ATMs by the radio communication.
