PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify vehicles around of a vehicle requiring special attention by detecting the cautionary vehicle requiring special attention about an outdoor area of a broad range in accordance with a situation at that time without installing a fixed monitoring camera.SOLUTION: A normal state determination part 131 analyzes a photographed image of a camera 20 to extract other vehicles located around an own vehicle, and determines whether the extracted other vehicles are normal state vehicles assumed to be located in a region where the own vehicle is currently located. If the normal state determination part 131 does not determine that the other vehicles are normal state vehicles, an information generation part 132 generates caution-needed information which reports the other vehicles as a caution-needed vehicle requiring special attention. A transmission part 121 transmits the caution-needed information generated by the information generation part 132 to vehicles other than the own vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
