PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate clean power by arranging material in a container, which material causes absorption reaction of CO2 at a specified temperature, and releasing reaction at the temperature exceeding it, heating the container by a heating part, and driving a movable part according to an amount of CO2. SOLUTION: Absorption reaction of CO2 occurs at a certain temperature not less than 400 deg.C. Releasing reaction occurs at the temperature exceeding it. Such CO2 gas absorption/releasing material A is arranged in a container B which is set on a heating device D. The material A is heated by the heating device D through the container B for releasing CO2. According to the amount of CO2, a movable part C such as a crank mechanism is driven. The heating device D performs heating by electricity, gas, or solar heat. The heat source is not limited. As the CO2 absorption/releasing material, for instance, a composite oxide of Li is adopted. That is, a compound composed of Li and inorganic oxides such as ZrO2, Al2O3, MgO is adopted.
