The present invention relates to a transparent base nail sticker attached on a nail in replacement of base gel, manicure, etc. coated on the nail during nail art work. According to the present invention, adhesives are coated on the lower surface of a raw sheet (10), so the raw sheet (10) is detachably attached on a release sheet (30) by the adhesives (20). The raw sheet (10) is formed by a soft and a hard polyurethane resin layer (12, 14). The soft and the hard polyurethane resin layer (12, 14) are bonded by a hot bonding method using a roller, and a coating layer (40) is formed on the upper surface of the raw sheet (10). |
