PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the whole power consumption of an output amplifying part and a power source part. SOLUTION: A first power voltage±VccH and a second power voltage±VccL lower than the first power voltage are generated, and a power voltage Vc1 to be followed by an output Vzs of a power amplifier circuit 15 is generated by the first power voltage±Vcc. When the output level of the output amplifying part is large, the power voltage±Vc1 is selected and impressed to an output amplifying part 15b. Also, when the output level is small, the second power voltage±VccL is impressed to the output amplifying part 15b.
