PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially simplify the time and labor at the time of connecting respective intelligent detectors by processing signals outputted from the intelligent detectors before registering the detailed information of the intelligent detectors even in the case of connecting a new intelligent detector and in the case of altering the already connected intelligent detector. SOLUTION: When a new intelligent detector 2 or the like is connected to a digital computer device 3, it is detected by an input/output management function part 6, a detailed information request is originated to the newly connected intelligent detector 2, signals for indicating the detailed information are outputted from the intelligent detector 2 and the signals are decoded and registered inside a management data base 4.
