An improved condenser cooling structure for single unit-type air conditioners is disclosed. The structure effectively cools the condenser using water and air in an indoor unit while almost completely preventing a proliferation of harmful bacteria. In the structure, a condenser case (10), set in the indoor unit and encasing two condensers, has a plurality of air inlet slits (11), thus allowing air to be introduced into the case so as to cool the condensers using air. Water spraying means (12) is provided on the condenser case so as to spray pressurized water onto the condensers, thus cooling the condensers using water. A water tank (20), set in the indoor unit and connected to the water spraying means, has both an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (21) and an antibiotic filter (22) on its top wall. |
