PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electriphotographic fixing heating roller whose produc tion cost is reduced because it is constituted so as to be small-sized and simple and which possesses a performance equal to or higher than that of a conven tional fixing heating roller. SOLUTION: This roller is provided with a cylindrical part 3 and a side part 4 which has a characteristic that volume resistivity is <=5 kΩ.cm and for instance are made of a conductive synthetic resin obtained by mixing pulverized carbon with a PPS resin, and an electrode shaft part 5 whose resistivity is lower than that of the cylindrical part 3 and to support in a rotatable state is provided at the center of the side part 4, and an electrophotographic fixing heating roller is formed as the injection molding of an integrated structure by which the outside diameter of the cylindrical part 3 is <=15 mm, so that heat generation is executed by a synthetic resin itself forming the cylindrical part 3 by energizing from the electrode shaft part 5. The curtailment of a constituting member and the reduction of the size of the cylindrical part 3 are executed by this constitution.
