PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, dimensional stability and further damping properties. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) an elastomer having >=-30 deg.C peak temperature of dispersion of the tanδ(loss tangent) obtained by a rheological measurement at 10 Hz measuring frequency in an amount of 1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin (A), (C) a platy filler in an amount of 5-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin (A), and (D) a fibrous filler in an amount of 5-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin (A) at (40/60) to (90/10) weight ratio of the components (C)/(D).
