PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exactly judging rupture in a material to be plastically worked in the simulation of the plastic working. SOLUTION: In the process where the material to be plastically worked is deformed in the simulation of the plastic working, the change rate dε/dt of the strainεof the material to be plastically worked is successively calculated with a calculating means 40 of strain-stress change rate of the material to be plastically worked (strain-stress change rate calculating stage) and, based on the change rate dε/dt of the strainε, the rupture of the material to be plastically worked is judged with a rupture judging means 42 (rupture judging stage). So, the degree of concentration of the strain which is changed dynamically or timewise can be considered and the rupture of the material to be plastically worked is exactly judged.
