PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a hydrolysis-organic acid fermentation process effective for the pre-treatment process of wastewater containing organic substances, nitrogen, and solids in high concentrations by performing solid-liquid separation by a solid-liquid separator using a rotary plane film. SOLUTION: In a rotary plane film module, a rotary plane film disk 21 fitted with films 28 of polysulfone and others, with a spacer placed between both surfaces of a rotary disk, is fitted to a rotary shaft 22 of the channel of treated water 25 and rotated. With the disk 21 immersed in liquid, by sucking from the channel direction of the shaft 22, raw water 24 containing suspended solids is filtered by a film 28 to separate solids, and discharged as the treated water 25 of a solid-liquid separator. In this way, when applied to a high concentration solid-containing suspension, operation can be done sat low pressure with low power to improve the recovery ration of solids from liquid.
