PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a brake hinge device easily with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In this brake hinge device, a rotating shaft part 13 provided with a supporting arm 14 is pressed into a coil spring 12 with locking parts 121, 122 formed at both ends, and locking holes 151, 152 are formed in a cylindrical part 10 mounted with the coil spring 12 therein and provided with a supporting arm 11. In the state of the coil spring 12 being mounted in the cylindrical part 10, the locking parts 121, 122 are locked to the locking holes 151, 152 of the cylindrical part 10.
