PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a gas turbine to a system by stably driving it even in a state near to no load without a compressor. SOLUTION: It is a gas turbine generating set 10 without a compressor to generate power by driving a generator 19 by a gas turbine 15 to be driven by receiving supply of compressed air A from outside, a load 24 independent from a system 23 is provided on the generator 19 free to connect and disconnect, this load 24 is applied in place of a compressor load of the normal gas turbine 15 previously, it is separated after linking it to the system by maintaining nominal speed and the gas turbine 15 is driven in a stable state from starting to system linkage.
