PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a box which can prevent an imperfect fitting of the box and a reverse cover, and an erroneous assembly of a surface cover. SOLUTION: This fixing structure of a box is provided with a box 21 having a fitting board 23 and an elastic locking arm 25, and a reverse cover 29 having a fitting groove 31 into which the fitting board 23 is inserted and a locking part which is locked to the elastic locking arm 25, and a surface cover 35 which is mounted at the box 21 so as to be demounted freely therefrom. A guide rib 43 projecting to the surface cover 35 is provided at the elastic locking arm 25, and a slit 45 into which the guide rib 43 is inserted is formed at the surface cover 35.
