PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure heating efficiency in proper conditions. SOLUTION: In a step S2, when a weight detection value W is judged to be over 2000 g as a preset weight value, steps S9-S14 equivalent to measuring action executing means are executed. In the step S9, a magnetron drive time Ts is set to be 120 second. The time '120 seconds' is equivalent to a time required to increase a preset amount, e.g. 2000 cc, of water by a fixed temperature, e.g. 10 degrees C. In the step S10, a rotational plate is controlled to be stopped at a '60 degrees' position and the drive of a magnetron is started. In the step 12, the rotational plate 18 is controlled to be stopped and rotated from the '60 degrees' position to a '180 degrees' position, a '300 degrees' position and a '0 degrees' position (30 seconds).
