PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To virtually realize AND structure and OR structure in an object oriented data base. SOLUTION: An operation device 2 operating an object oriented data base 1 is provided with a first generation means 3a generating a composite instance belonging to an end succeeding class succeeding plural designated end classes when the designation of the plural end classes is inputted, and a second generation means 3b generating plural instances where a class identifier obtained by combining the plural designated end classes, the identifier of the plural designated end classes and the identifier of all the host classes of the plural designated end classes, which belong to an association class having the identifier of the class as a first attribute and the identifier of the instance as a second attribute, and the identifier of the composite instance generated by the first generation means as the second attribute.
