PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional X-ray image during IRV (catheter operation under the roentgenoscopy) by providing an X-ray image generation means to generate a three-dimensional X-ray image of a subject from an X-ray image from the entire circumferential direction taken with an X ray source and a receiving means rotatively moved centering around the subject. SOLUTION: A topboard 108 is moved in the direction L1 of the center axis of rotation (direction of X axis). For example, even when a leg part of a subject is photographed in rotation, a rotary photography is possible to the leg part without resetting the posture of the subject by moving the topboard 108 in the direction opposite to the direction of the X axis, that is, so that an area to the belly part from the chest part of the subject enters a rotary ring 102. As a result, the rotary photography is possible in an arbitrary direction of the leg part from the head part without extending arms 103 and 104 long for supporting an X-ray tube 105 and an X-ray detector 106. Thus, a photographed image processing part can obtain a three-dimensional X-ray image of a part to be taken from an X-ray image taken over 360 deg. on the circumference of the subject.
