PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flattening seat structure of an automobile, capable of being flattened even if without no space in front of a seat, and allowing support of a flattened seat cushion and a flattened seat back from below. SOLUTION: An end part of a seat cushion 27 side of a cushion link 31 is formed with a stopper part 32 for engaging with an upper surface of a slide rail 2 in both a seating state and a turning-over state of the seat cushion 27. Because the stopper part 32 engages with the slide rail 2, a middle fulcrum S1 of the seat cushion 27 is supported by the slide rail 2 from below to improve support performance of the seat cushion 27 to a load from above.
