PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery box structure that involves such easy disassembly as requires no tools and special skills, produces no wastes, leaves pieces of a continuously constant shape, takes a short time and enables smooth removal of internal electronic parts and batteries, that is usable as part of electronic circuits, and that is normally placeable flush in battery cases to serve also as a terminal of other electronic equipment. SOLUTION: This battery box structure comprises a boxlike battery box body 1 mounted on electronic equipment to accommodate batteries and electronic parts, a thinned groove 7 cut in the substantial lid part or side of the battery box body 1, a conductive belt 5 seated in the groove 7, and a knob part set at the end of the conductive belt 5 in normally planar-exposed relation to the substantial lid part or side.
