PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation technique for more correctly guiding a route by referring to the regulations on the data and in an actual running. SOLUTION: A guide processing part 43 navigates based on a route data 42, for example, displays maps, indicates to turn to the right or left or the like. A time estimate part 46 calculates a running estimate time when a vehicle runs on a controlled road. A time zone judge part 47 judges whether or not the running estimate time falls in a controlled time zone of the controlled road, thereby estimating whether or not the vehicle passes, i.e., runs the controlled road in the route during the controlled time zone. When the running estimate time is included in the controlled time zone, a recalculate part 48 starts searching for a route to avoid the controlled road. |
