PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine operations under optimum conditions on the premise that a floor cooling-heating system is added and to attain reduction of running cost and improvement in comfortableness, on the occasion of conduction indoor convection cooling-heating. SOLUTION: This equipment has a refrigerating cycle circuit A, a refrigerant heating circuit B having a constitution wherein a refrigerant heater 7 composed of a heat exchanger 8 for a refrigerant and a combustion heater 9 is provided for a bypass pipe 6 provided in the refrigerating cycle circuit A and a water circulating circuit C which is equipped with a heat exchanger 12 for water provided in juxtaposition with the heat exchanger for the refrigerant and has a constitution wherein a water circulating pump 15, a floor heat exchanger 14 disposed indoors and the heat exchanger 12 are made to communicate with each other sequentially through a water pipe 13. The refrigerating cycle circuit A, the refrigerant heating circuit B and the water circulating circuit C are switched over singly or in combination respectively. According to this constitution, convection cooling-heating by an indoor-side heat exchanger and floor cooling-heating by the floor heat exchanger are operated singly or in combination respectively.
