PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain pressure on cement without giving an obstacle to a pressurizer from introduction of cement to hardening by forming an opening for storing a prosthesis component on a collar and covering a part of the center opening of the collar with a hood. SOLUTION: In a collar 4, a center opening 14 provided with an internal wall 16 fitted into a base part of a hip joint is formed. This center opening 14 is matched with the shape of a prosthesis component to be the hip joint. A hood 3 with hoop 20 crossing so as to cover a part of the center opening 14 of the collar 4 and extending in an arch shape is mounted. The hoop 20 of the hood 3 is stuck to the collar 4 by a hinge 22 with spring and further, the hoop 20 is bent in a horizontal direction against the hinge 22 with spring. As a result, pressure on cement can be maintained without giving an obstacle to a pressurizer from introduction of cement to hardening.
