PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosing device applied for enclosing a monitoring device used at an interior surface of a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: A sealing element 16 is supported by an enclosing main body 12 in an adjustable method so that when a monitoring device 4 is placed inside an enclosing chamber 14, the sealing element 16 contacts a pressure sensor 8 of the monitoring device 4. An antenna 70 of the monitoring device 4 is held inside a groove formed inside the main body 12 when the monitoring device 4 is placed inside the enclosing chamber 14. A conjugation between the antenna 70 and the main body 12 holds the monitoring device 4 at a floating placement inside the enclosing chamber 14. The sealing element 16 is in a form of a tube which also assists supporting of the monitoring device 4 at the floating placement. A gas bleeding pipe 94 abuts to the pressure sensor 8 and extends so as to penetrate at least a part of the sealing element 16 for preventing a sealed substance from clogging the pressure sensor 8. An upper plate of the main body 12 extends over the enclosing chamber 14 to form a lip functioning to indicate the moment the enclosing chamber 14 is filled with the sealed substance.
