PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for downloading an operating system or the like in an electronic device, and an electronic device and a storage means following this method. SOLUTION: This electronic device 1 is provided with two or more processor blocks 2a and 2b, and user interfaces UI1 and UI2 among at least the two processor blocks 2a and 2b are used. Moreover, one or more operating systems are executed in this electronic device 1. This down load is executed through one processor block 2a or 2b, and the operating system or the like is downloaded to one processor block 2a or 2b, and another operating system or the like is loaded from the processor block to the other processor block 2a or 2b.
