FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: device has bridge circuit with current comparator and shield of hydraulic integrator, which provide protection of capacitance transducers of device against parasitic capacitance and external electric fields caused by long connection wires. In addition device has hydraulic and electric integrators, which provide protection of capacitance transducer and device against waves and vortices caused by water falling from feeding pipe. Shield of hydraulic integrator has double walls and insulation material, which provides protection of capacitance transducers against low negative temperatures of environment. EFFECT: increased precision of regulation of tolerant upper and lower levels of water in water tower tanks in heavy conditions involving application of parasitic capacitance and external electric fields, low negative temperature of air, waves and vortices caused by water falling from feeding tank. 2 dwg
