PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement body and paving method, which give paved face reducing the load to the human legs and joins, suitable for physical motion and mechanical strength enough to stand the traffic of large vehicles. SOLUTION: An elastic pavement body 1 comprises mainly synthetic resin bond including resin emulsion and aggregates and an elastic compound layer 4 comprising hydraulic materials mixed on the bedding layer o on a base 2 to be paved. The extension rate of the elastic compound layer 4 after being dried and solidified is set in a range of from 3 to 400%, and the thickness of the layer is set in a range of from 5 to 50 mm.
