PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of thermal deformation of an upper outer frame due to the vibration generated during an operation by installing a plate made of an elastic material on the side surface of the upper outer frame so as to position it at a fitting part of the upper outer frame and the housing of a battery tool. SOLUTION: When a battery pack 1 is mounted to a battery tool 8, the formation of a gap is prevented by positioning a plate 7 formed of an elastic material at a fitting part of the upper outer frame of the battery pack 1 to a housing 9 of the battery tool 8. Therefore, the vibration 11 generated during the operation of the battery tool 8 is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the plate 7 positioned at the fitting part of the upper outer frame to the housing 9. Because the contact failure between an external connection terminal of the battery pack 1 and a contact piece 10 of the battery tool 8 is restrained from occurring, the occurrence of the thermal deformation in the upper outer frame is prevented. The formation of the gap is prevented even if a different kind of battery tool 8 is used because the plate 7 has elasticity.
