PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-like roll for punching a metallic sheet to be used to continuously punch holes in a long strip metallic sheet or metallic foil, a metallic sheet punching device using the roll, a metallic sheet punching method, and a punched metallic sheet to be manufactured using the metallic sheet punching device and the metallic sheet punching method. SOLUTION: In a disk-like roll 1 for punching a metallic sheet in which plural punching blade parts are formed with intervals in the circumferential direction on an outer circumferential surface of the disk-like roll with a specified thickness in a projecting manner outwardly in the radial direction, the plane view of a blade part on the outer circumferential surface of a punching blade part 2 is of geometrical shape surrounded by one closed line, and the side view of the punching blade part 2 is of the recessed shape in which the blade height at both end parts on the circumferential direction is higher than that at other parts, and the blade height is gradually smaller to a center part from both end parts in the circumferential direction.
