The underfloor air-convector consists of a flow-duct (2) incorporated in a double floor and containing a control-flap (4) swivel-mounted on a horizontal axle (5). The flow duct has an outlet (7,8) in front of and after the heat exchanger (6). The outlet in front of the heat exchanger is closed by swiveling the control flap. The control flap has parts (4a,4b) permeable and impervious to flow. The outlet in front of the heat exchanger has parts (12a,12b) permeable and impervious to flow.
