PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch packaging film having excellent transparency, flexibility and stretchability and not damaged in cutting properties when applied to an automatic packaging machine and easily detached from a conveyance belt. SOLUTION: A multilayered stretch packaging film has a center layer formed from a resin compsn. consisting of 95-55 wt.% of a polypropylene resin (A) wherein a wt. average mol.wt. of 150,000-500,000 and the elution amt. to total amt. of a polypropylene resin measured by a cross fractionation chromatograph method is 30-60 wt.% at 0 deg.C or lower, 30-55 wt.% at above 0-90 deg.C, 15 wt.% within an arbitrary 5 deg.C range region and 5-20 wt.% at above 90-130 deg.C and 5-45 wt.% of a homopolypropylene resin (B) and/or a copolypropylene resin (C) copolymerized with 10 wt.% or less of ethylene or >=4Cα-olefin.
