PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold a rear trunk having a back wall inclined in upward tapered shape. SOLUTION: A rear trunk arranged behind a tandem seat of a motorcycle is constituted by a trunk main unit part 5 and a lid part 6, and the trunk main unit part 5 is formed by blow molding so as to have a back wall 14 formed in upward tapered shape with an opening width of an opening part in a longitudinal direction narrower than a width of the bottom part further with an upper part tilted to the forward. The downward of the back wall 14 is formed to serve as an electrical equipment storage part 15, here a main unit part of a stop lamp 3 is received. An inner box 18 of separate unit is fitted into the trunk main unit part 5, an article storage part 19 formed inside the box partitions the electrical equipment storage part 15.
