PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member fixing device capable of positively holding a nut within a T-groove with the appropriate resilient force of a nut holder, making a slide within the T-groove with ease, and lasting for recycling works. SOLUTION: This structural member fixing device is a structure for fixing another member to a structural member 14 in which a nut 12 is held at the set position in a groove part such as a T-groove 16 provided for the lengthy structural member 14 formed out of an aluminum extruded product and the like. A nut holder 10 formed by means of insert molding is provided for one end part of the nut 12, and each elastically deformable part 26 slightly projected outward out of two opposite side surfaces of the nut 12, is integrally provided for the two side mutually opposite peripheral parts of the nut holder 10. When the nut 12 is inserted into the T-groove 16, each elastically deformable part 26 abuts against the mutually opposite inner surface sides of the T-groove 16 in order to be elastically deformed for thereby firmly holding the nut 12 in the T-groove 16 with resilient force caused by the deformation of the deformable parts.
