PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism, reduce the number of parts, reduce manhours of work and assembly, reduce costs, and regulate a height of an air spring capable of holding a high performance without necessitating regulation. SOLUTION: This valve is provided with a seal member 6 disposed on covers 2, 3 fastened in order to tightly seal front and back parts of a cylindrical body 1, a rod 7 which is supported to bearing members 5a, 5b and which is inserted and protruded freely to move in the cylindrical body 1, valve elements 9a, 9b inserted freely to slide between diameter enlarging parts 7a, 7b disposed on the rod 7, a spring 10 mounted so as to energize in the reverse direction between the valve elements 9a, 9b, a seat member 4 of the cylindrical body 1 for seating the valve elements 9a, 9b, an air feeding port P1 communicated with small diameter parts 1a, 1b of the cylindrical body 1, and a feed port P3 communicated with an exhaust port P2 and a large diameter part 1c. The air feeding port P1 and the feed port P3 are communicated with each other in the compression direction of the rod 7, and the exhaust port P2 and the feeding port P3 are communicated with each other in the expanding direction of the rod 7.
