PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate taking-in and out of housing matters and cleaning of a housing vessel by detachably mounting the housing vessel on a plurality of carriages provided with wheels circulating around one clustered column under a floor and forming an underfloor housing closet. SOLUTION: A plurality of carriages 2 of a substantial trapezoid in planar view are connected around one clustered column 1 under a floor in the form of a ring, wheels 3 are provided on the inside and outside of the carriages 2, and an inside wheel 3 is guided on a circular track provided around the clustered column 1 to circulate around the clustered column 1. A housing vessel 4 in the form of a substantial trapezoid in planar view is detachably mounted on each carriage 2. A taking-in and out opening part 13 is provided on part of a floor material 9, and a floor cover 14 is openably attached. The floor cover 14 is opened to insert a hand from the opening part 13, the housing vessel 4 having housed or housing a housing matter being a target is rotated until it comes under the opening part 13, and the housing matter is taken out or housed. The housing vessel 4 can be simply cleaned by taking it out on the floor.
