PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pump head intake/discharge device with which discharge is intensively and smoothly performed even when much solid is contained in recovered substance, excellent operability is shown without leaving solid in a recovery tank nor blocking a pumping passage, slurry of high density is sucked and discharged with high pump head. SOLUTION: The bottom side of a primary recovery tank 1 from which a suction pipe 4 is led communicates with the upper side of a secondary recovery tank 2 from which a pumping passage 8 is led through an opening/closing valve 9, by means of a changeover valve 3. A suction port of a vacuum generation device 6 communicates with the inside space of the first recovery tank 1. A gas feed pipe 12 from a compressor 13 is opened to the secondary recovery tank 2 and the pumping passage 8, respectively through opening/closing valves 14, 15. The upper side of the secondary recovery tank 2 communicates with the upper side of the primary recovery tank 1 through an opening/closing valve 11 and a vent pipe 10. |
