The inventive device comprises a case (1) with a cover (3), arms (2) a support for a roll holder for wiping material, a drum that is freely and rotationally mounted between flanges (9), an articulated cutting device (6) that exits from the drum in order to cut and a roll of wiping material that rests on the drum. The device has a fixed profile (12) on one of the flanges (9) and around a slip ring (9a) of the locking axis of the drum, forming a single unit with the body of the flange, whereby said profile (12) creates a guide path for an additional part (13) that is associated with a blade holder and enables the blade to exit so that cutting can occur when the drum is rotated. The fixed profile (12) and the additional part (13) are provided with protuberances (12a-13a) that can interact with each other when the drum is rotated, thereby creating an amplitude effect in relation to the movement of the part (13) that acts as a lever when it is tilted, thus enabling the device to operate smoothly. |
