PURPOSE: A substrate module apparatus of a wireless terminal is provided to prevent component loss, generated when components are disassembled/assembled, by easily assembling/disassembling the components. CONSTITUTION: A substrate module apparatus of a wireless terminal comprises a frame(90), a key button rubber(20), a main substrate(60), and a substrate module(100). The frame has many key button holes and a clip projected on both ends of the frame. The key button rubber is inserted into the key button holes. The main substrate mounts on a circuit including a speaker and a microphone. The main substrate is inserted into the frame. The substrate module is composed of a shield cover(50). The shield cover forms a clip hole inserted/coupled with the clip on both ends thereof. The shield cover is coupled with the frame. Therefore, not only assembly/disassembly processes are simplified but also the test for circuit feature is enabled without assembling a front case and a rear case because a key button rubber, a shield cover, a main substrate and a circuit section are modulated as one group in a substrate module apparatus.
