PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating valve having prolonged service life without eroding a collar receiving a high speed liquid jet generated in the inside of the pressure regulating valve. SOLUTION: A collar 8 is stored free to rotate through a collar guide 3 in a valve chest body 1 so as to rotate by receiving a jet W in a pressure regulating valve in structure to store a valve seat 5, a valve body 4 and the collar 8 to receive the jet W burst out from a clearance of the valve seat 5 and the valve body 4. Consequently, as the collar 8 is rotated by receiving the jet W, the non-uniform jet W is uniformly received on an overall liquid receiving surface of the collar 8, and local erosion is not caused.
