PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating device for a gas bottle capable of easily and fully taking gas leakage countermeasures, etc., by reducing part cost and assembly cost by cutting down the number of parts and reducing connecting points of a gas supply passage by constituting an opening and closing function to open and close supply of gas from the gas bottle and a pressure regulating function to adjust pressure of gas to be supplied of integral parts. SOLUTION: A shaft 19 is constrained by a short diametrical part of a bearing slot 20a and movement of a diaphragm 11 to be energized by a spring 10 is constrained and a drain cock presser 12 is separated from a nozzle pin 9 when an opening/closing lever 20 is erected. The shaft 19 becomes free to move along a long diametrical part of the bearing slot 20a and constraint of the diaphragm 11 is released when the opening/closing lever 20 is laid down.
