PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain impact noise accompanying reciprocal motion of a plunger of a solenoid valve. SOLUTION: A cylindrical recessed part 21 or a columnar protruded part is formed at a portion facing against a plunger 3 of an aspirator 2, a columnar protruded part 31 or a cylindrical recessed part is formed at a portion facing against the aspirator of the plunger, the protruded part is fitted in the recessed part with a play through an air gap, series circuits of a capacitor and a register are connected to an exciting coil 10 in parallel, and the exciting coil is connected to an alternating current electric power source 31 through a rectification circuit.
