PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the precision of valve opening detected value by detecting the temperature of a main steam control valve, and correcting the detected value of valve opening on the basis of a correction value according to the temperature detected value in the opening and closing control of the main steam control valve so as to resolve the deviation between the opening detected value of the main steam control valve and a set value. SOLUTION: The opening of a main steam control valve 22 is detected by a differential transformer 33, and the detection signal is inputted to an analog computing element 35 through a demodulator 34. At this time, the temperature of the main steam control valve 22 is detected by a temperature detector 36, this detection signal is inputted to a correction function generating means 37, and the temperature correction value is inputted to an operation means 38 and imparted to the opening command signal of a low value preferential means 31. The deviation between the opening command signal to which the correction value is preliminarily added and the opening detection signal from the demodulator 34 is calculated in the analog computing element 35. According to this, the error resulted from the temperature of the main steam control valve 22 in the fed back opening detection signal is corrected with the correction signal from the correction function generating means 37 to improve the precision of deviation.
