PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad for a video camera that hardly slides down when a user carries the video camera on its shoulder with an enhanced sense of fitness and improved durability, the components of which can be separated and recycled. SOLUTION: The outside part of the shoulder pad has a facing 3 with flexibility and durability that hardly slips and is shaped like a shoulder pad, plastic powder or a silicon gel fluid 4 is filled in the inside of the shoulder surrounded by the facing 3, lower reinforcement plates 10, 11 placed in forward/backward directions are contained on the rear side of openings of the facing 3, an upper reinforcement plate 12 on the surface of the facing 3 is tightened with the lower reinforcement plates 10, 11 by screws to clamp the facing 3 inbetween and the upper reinforcement plate 12 is tightened with a video camera main body by screws.
