Electronic message is put together by a transmitter and intended receivers are identified .Transmitter select various options for transmitting the message, option contains automatic send of message to the intended receivers if the message is approved, the acceptance of changes and the automatic send of the message to the intended receivers after changes were made by approving subscriber i.e. employer, a marketing department, regulation of timer and the send of the message back to the sender if the timer or the time set in the timer expire and the send of the message to the intended subscribers if a corresponding timer drains off. An independent claim is also included for transmitting system for electronic messages.
