PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which enables sharp enhancement of the productivity of a multilayer ceramic capacitor to be made by laminating ceramic green sheets and internal electrodes alternately into a plurality of layers. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has a first process for printing/forming a group of a plurality of internal electrodes 2, at fixed equal intervals on the surface of a continuos green sheet 1, a second process for printing on the rear a group of a plurality of internal electrodes 3 forming pairs with the internal electrodes 2 at fixed equal intervals, a third process for folding and laminating the continuous green sheet 1 after that so that the group of internal electrodes 2 by the first process and the group of internal electrodes 3 by the second process faces the green sheet 1 interposed between, and the group of internal electrodes 3 by the second process is formed so as not to lap over the group of internal electrodes 2 by the first process, on the rear of internal-electrode nonformed portions by the first process provided at equal intervals on the surface. Furthermore, the group of internal electrodes 2 by the first process is formed zigzag on the surface and rear of the sheet, so as not to lap over the group of internal electrodes 3 by the second process, on the internal-electrode nonformed portioned provided on the rear at equal intervals.
