PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately exhaust gas from a fuel-cell outside a vehicle by forming a gas exhaust passage from a fuel-cell unit, through the side sill and pillars of a vehicle body, to the opening parts outside the vehicle room of a side roof rail. SOLUTION: The casing 2 of a fuel-cell unit F is formed with a plurality of gas exhaust ports 3 on the ceiling plane, a first piping 4 is fitted to the respective gas exhaust ports 3. The first piping 4 is conducted from the gas exhaust ports 3 of the casing 2 of the fuel-cell unit F, penetrating through a floor panel 5, into a side sill 6. Meanwhile a second pipings 10 are conducted in the bag construction of a front pillar 7, a center pillar 8, and a rear pillar 9, a side roof rail communicated to the respecctive second pipings is formed with opening parts 12a, 12b, 12c, and louvres 14a, 14b, 14c are mounted thereon.
